Who is the new messenger of Yogi?

Chief minister Yogi Adityanath trusts his officials as he believes if each officer fulfils his responsibilities there can be smile on all faces. People in state and nation can be happy. It is this though that Yogi gives full freedom to officials to help people.

Who ever among additional chief secretary, principal secretary or HoD (MD etc) brings any project for the welfare of people the CM gives his nod to it. IN three years the CM gave freedom to officials and now he is taking interest to know what all benefits did the people of the state got from those projects and what all public welfare projects reached where?

In old times the King used to roam free in disguise to know the welfare of his people and what people think about his rule. After independence the MPs and MLAs became the source of information to know peoples’ mind. Mulayam Singh Yadav and Akhilesh Yadav made changes and ask officials to move towards villages. (chalo gaon ki aur) and spend two nights in villages. This to get details of the situation in villages and also solve problems at the ground level.

Now the CM Yogi has decided to appoint a senior bureaucrat in each district and these officials will be of secretary level or of higher rank. This could include forest, commercial tax department too. These officials are required to spend one week in the respective district.

The officials will check ground reality and check a few significant things such as power supply as per the government recommendation. Whether officials in the district take interest to reach government schemes till people? What are the arrangements of irrigation, education, drinking water supply, health? What people feel about roads? How are the industries?

These officials will meet people with queries and file report with the CM office. It is being stated that CM will take a few decisions on the basis of these reports. This can include transfers and even focus upon certain schemes in specific districts. At present the list of officials is being made to be sent to the districts.
