U.P. RERA organizes seminar for promoters at Lucknow head office

For seminar on November 2, information has been conveyed to CREDAI, NAREDCO and all registered promoters to join.
• Scheduled from 3:00 PM onwards, Association of home buyers will join the seminar.
• Under chairmanship of U.P. RERA Chairman, an initiative of Regulatory Authority for synchronization of works among the stakeholders and growth of the sector

Lucknow/ Gautam Buddh Nagar. To create a complete synchronization of works among the stakeholders and growth of the real estate sector, it is important to follow provisions of the RERA Act and implement it in the work model.

In order to ensure this, U.P. RERA has organized a seminar on 2nd November 2023 at the Auditorium, RERA head office under the chairmanship of U.P. RERA Chairman. To ensure participation in this, association of promoters- CREDAI, NAREDCO along with all registered promoters and Association of Home Buyers have been informed individually too.

Commencing from 3:00 PM onwards, the promoters will be apprised with the major points to take care while registering a real estate project which are important for home buyers to know or being informed.

Apart from this, it is responsibility of promoters to upload latest updates and information about already registered projects that affects decision making of consumers. As per the objectives of the RERA Act 2016, RERA regularly reminds promoters to upload latest updates about project on the portal. In the same manner, it is important for home buyers to check key details of project and move further only after complete satisfaction.

The portal of U.P. RERA has been prepared to cater maximum details related to the project but it will be beneficial only after entering complete details by promoters and available to the home buyers publicly.

In the legal section of the portal, a format of Agreement for Sale from State Govt. has been uploaded and only this should be used by promoters and home buyers.

In the same way, promoters must upload all 3 bank accounts opened for project and regularly update QPR of the project on portal and it is right of home buyers to know all details.

According to the U.P. RERA Secretary, “we are trying to create awareness among stakeholders about rights and obligations so that they could synchronize and we all ensure sustainable growth of the sector. We will keep on organizing such seminars to in the coming months to advocate about information and awareness among stakeholders.”
