New Delhi: US president Donald Trump will be in India next week and the roads from Amehmadabad till Delhi and Agra are all set to welcome the man considered most powerful in the world. A high security cover is being prepared which has Delhi police, US secret service and other agencies engaged for the two-day visit.
US President Donald Trump on Thursday said, “We are going to India, and we may make a tremendous deal there.” Trump said in his commencement address at the Hope for Prisoners Graduation Ceremony in Las Vegas. Trump will be accompanied by First Lady Melania Trump.
Here is a minute-to-minute programme of the US president. Trump will arrive in India on February 24 and land at the Ahemdabad airport and will participate in the ‘Namaste Trump’ event at the Motera Stadium.Sardar Patel Stadium is commonly known as Motera Stadium and is one of the premier cricket stadiums of India in the Motera locality of Ahmedabad. Trump will address about one lakh people there and shall inaugurate the stadium.
After this Trum and his wife shall visit Taj Mahal in Agra. For this visit the river Yamuna is being cleaned and 500 cusecs water. It will certainly have an impact on pollution in the river. This will also improve the oxygen level in the Yamunain Mathura and in Agra. This may not make the river water fit for human consumption, but could reduce foul smell.

Thousands of school children with US-India flags in their hands shall greet US President while on his way to the Taj Mahal. About 3,000 cultural dancers have also been roped in to perform at crossroads.
The next day on February 25 Trump and his wife will be in Delhi. They will attend a function at the Rastrapati Bhavan. They shall also visit Rajghat to pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi. Trump will return to the US after bilateral talks and formal meeting with the president of India.
Road show in Ahemdabad
Before reaching the Motera Stadium both leaders will witness a 22 kilometre road show. The road show will begin from the airport to the stadium. The stadium has been renovated with modern features for the cricket fans.
Motera stadium added has been awarded Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) Gold Green Building rating. It will be the world’s largest cricket stadium, with capacity for 110,000 spectators, beating out Australia’s iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MGC). Prior to Trump the heads of China, Japan Israel and Canada have visited Ahemdabad.
