While the police are falling against drug abuse kaljharani panchayat of bathinda, punjab has given a verdict that anyone caught doing drug business will break his legs and make him sit in the house. The panchayat has made it clear to the police and to the administration in this matter , that they should now stay away from drug dealers and the panchayat and do not interfere in this decision of the panchayat.
The panchayat said that the drug trade is not ending because those arrested by the police are released on bails within a week and resume their business. the panchayat had made it clear that now the one who is caught in the drug business, his legs will be broken and he will not be able to stand on his feets.
The panchayat also said that if any person wants to quit intoxiction, then the panchayat will help him at every level. the panchayat has said that it has made preparations to make its area completely a drug-free zone .
In fact, in the area of this panchayat these days the intoxicant named chitta is speaking to the people. This intoxicant , which looks likes white powder, is prepared by mixing some chemicals with heroin. anyone who consumes it for a couple of times gets use to it and them the person is not able to leave it.
