Lucknow. India – [25th Feb To 10th March] – The prestigious Lucknow Golf Club, under the expert management of HMP Limited and with the generous support of SIDBI, is thrilled to announce the commencement of the much-awaited Lucknow Golf League 2024 for amateur golfers. This premier golfing event promises to captivate audiences and participants alike, showcasing the finest talents in the sport of golf against the picturesque backdrop of Lucknow.
Kicking off with an exhilarating Auction Day, where players and teams battled it out for their preferred slots, the Lucknow Golf League embraced the international rules synonymous with the game of golf along with their local golf rules. As the league progresses, players are geared up to showcase their prowess and sportsmanship in adherence to these esteemed regulations.
There are 14 teams with 12 players each competing 12 days of Round Robin followed by semi-finals and Finals on 10th March 2024. A total of 45 Matches will be Played Amongst the 168 Players of LGL out of which the winning team will be awarded a cash Prize of Rs.500,000, 2nd Prize Rs.300,000, and 3rd Prize Rs.200,000 along with plenty of other prizes to be won.
The inauguration ceremony, set to be a grand affair, marks the official commencement of the league’s proceedings. Distinguished personalities from the governing bodies of the Lucknow Golf Club grace the occasion, exemplifying the commitment to excellence and fair play:
