BJP MP Gautam Gambhir has given a statement on the violence going on in different parts of Delhi. Gambhir has demanded action against Kapil Mishra.
Gambhir said that be it anybody, whether Kapil Mishra or anyone else if someone has given provocative statement strong action should be taken. It may be mentioned that Kapil Mishra has on February 22 said that police should get the protestors removed from Shaheen Bagh and Jafrabad in three days.
He had said that till the visit of the US president Donald Trump gets over we shall leave this place but if the roads are not cleared we will return in three days and then we wont even listen to the Delhi police. His statement had instigated violence.
Seven deaths till now
The violence over CAA the section 144 has been imposed in north eastern district for a month. The violence has taken seven lives. The violence in north eastern district had started on January 22.
The violence that started in Jafrabad was so fierce that it spread to other places soon and on Monday violence was seen in many places in north eastern part of the district.
