The entire world is struggling with corona virus. One the one hand vaccine is being searched and on the other hand it is being searched that whether it can be avoided.
A research in Hongkong has revealed that coronavirus infection can catch human via eyes also. it has been found that infection spreads in to the body fast via the eyes.
Dr Rupesh Kumar, an ophthalmologist in Lokhandwala in Mumbai told Jubilee Post that the eyes are indicator of the entire body. The eye is the most sensitive organ of the body hence the infection attacks the eyes first. even flu attacks the eyes first.
Dr Rupesh says that the person wearing mask saves others more than he does for himself. A person wearing mask does not infects others. That is why health workers wear mask and also cover entire face as virus attacks via hair also.
He suggested that to avoid infection those who use contact lenses should wear glasses. One should wash glasses everyday. Do not use specs of someone else. When in office use gloves and do not touch eyes.
The research has revealed this virus as compared to bird flu attacks eyes and nose 100 times quicker. Dr Michel Chaan who is doing research on coronavirus says the virus attacks eyes and makes people its victim. This is why people have been advised not to touch eyes frequently and wash hands frequently.
