In a strange event Brazillian President Jair Bolsonaro lost his memory after an accident while campaigning for elections last year. He was discharged on Monday from the Armed Forces Hospital and is now feeling ‘fine’.
The 64-year-old Brazillian President lost his memory after he fell in the bathroom of his official residence, the Alvorada Palace on Monday.
Institutional Security Minister Augusto Heleno at the hospital said Bolsonaro “is fine”, but must remain under observation.
“President Jair Bolsonaro fell at the Alvorada Palace. He was treated by the medical team of the Presidency of the Republic and taken to Armed Forces Hospital,” a presidential spokesperson said in a statement published by the G1 news portal.
According to his statement, Bolsonaro was given a cranial CT scan, “which did not detect any changes.”
Bolsonaro took the office as the Barzilian president earlier this year in January. He was seriously injured in a knife attack while campaigning for election last year. In September, he has been going under several surgeries to treat the wounds he suffered from stabbing. Bolsonaro had recently revealed that he has skin cancer.
