Tajeswi Yadav, Randeep Singh Surjewala and other leaders collectively released the Sankalp Patra. They announced 10 lakh jobs and also fee waiver.

Some of the features of the Sankalp Patra are jobs to 10 lakh, fee waiver on forms to be filled at the time of examinations, transport fee to reach exam centes will be given by the state government, stop migration, Karpoori Sahayata Kendra to come up to help people in need, same work same wages for teachers.

Under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act individuals, not families will get job guarantee, also the work guarantee will be for 200 days instead of just 100 days. Also on the same pattern a scheme will be launched for urban areas as Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act is for rural areas. Efforts will be made to give permanent jobs instead of contractual ones in various departments.

Tajaswi stressed that the state has seen no real effort to check unemployment hence things such as food processing centres will come up which will be first time in the state. He said the focus will be to check unemployment hence new schemes will be planned.
