Akhilesh blames BJP over violence in JNU

Lucknow, Jan 6

Talking about the Jawaharlal Nehru University  violence case during a press conference in Lucknow, Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav strongly targeted the BJP government in Lucknow on Monday. He described the fight in the JNU campus as a planned conspiracy perpetuated by the BJP.

At the same time, while questioning the Delhi Police, Akhilesh has also accused the police of meeting with those who committed violence. The SP president during the conference said that the question of JNU violence is big as the country and the world saw how the masked men came, vandalized, beaten the students and teaching staff. We have seen pictures of Police misbehaving with Yogendra Yadav.

Apart from this, he said that the BJP wants to destroy the universities. “They (BJP) never speaks the truth, it is a false party. BJP ran this riot to run away from the main questions. More than a hundred children died in the year 2017. The government did not take any moral responsibility. Instead of comforting them and, the Chief Minister blamed their family.”

Akhilesh furiously pointed out the number of children who died in Gorakhpur hospital tragedy. “In Gorakhpur from January to October 2019 is 1050 and the government has shown less than 500. The government is not able to provide any kind of treatment after investigation. All these people are of the same ideology.”
