PNB urges its customers to update KYC by 30.11.2025

Lucknow.  In adherence to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, Punjab National Bank (PNB), nation’s leading public sector bank, urges its customers to update their “Know Your Customer” (KYC) information in their accounts.

As part of the ongoing KYC compliance exercise, PNB customers whose accounts were due for KYC updation as of 30.09.2025 are requested to submit their updated KYC information—such as identity proof, address proof, recent photograph, PAN/Form 60, income proof, mobile number (if not already registered), or any other required KYC documents—on or before 30.11.2025.

Customers may update their KYC details by visiting any PNB branch or through digital channels, including PNB ONE, Internet Banking Services (IBS), WhatsApp, SMS, or by sending the requisite documents to their home branch via registered e-mail or post.

Please note that non-updation of KYC within the stipulated timeline may lead to restrictions on account operations as per regulatory guidelines.
