Comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiya were questioned on Saturday after a team of narcotics control bureau (NCB) found Ganja from office and home of the comedian.
According to the NCB Mumbai teams raided in KharDanda area and nabbed a trafficker aged with various drugs including 15 blots of LSD (commercial quantity), ganja (40 gm) and Nitrazepam (psychotropic medicines).
In follow up and in corroboration with previous inputs NCB raided two another places including production office and house of comedian and anchor Bharti Singh and from both the places 86.5 gms of Ganja was recovered.
Both Bharti Singh and Her Husband Harsh Limbachiya accepted consumption of Ganja. Bharti Singh was placed under arrested as per the provisions of NDPS Act 1986 and examination of Harsh Limbachiya is underway.

Furthermore in a follow up of MD seizure in Crime no. 33/2020, NCB team apprehended two absconders also said Sameer Wankhede, IRS, Zonal Director, NCB , Mumbai, in a press statement.

Singh and her husband arrived at the agency’s office soon after the NCB conducted a raid at their Mumbai residence. Both Singh and her husband are suspected to be using drugs.

On September 8, the NCB had arrested Bollywood actor Rhea Chakraborty in a drug case related to Rajput’s death, and also questioned Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan in the same matter.
The NCB had on November 8 arrested Shabana Saeed, the wife of Bollywood producer Firoz Nadiadwala,
after investigators seized 10 grams of marijuana during a raid at her Juhu residence in Mumbai. She was sent to judicial custody but was granted bail the next day. On October 26, the agency had arrested five people in Mumbai, including television actor Preetika Chauhan
