CM Yogi Adityanath announced financial aid to women affected by Tripple-talaq

Protests are happening all across the country against the Citizenship Amendment Act, meanwhile the government have been telling the people to stay away from misinformation saying that it has been striking fear into the hearts of the Muslim community.

While the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanathan has brought something for the women affected by the Teen-Talaaq cases providing them of financial assistance of six thousand rupees annually.

However, there has been no limit kept so far for providing the assistance. While, a person affected can submit a copy of an FIR stating that the person has been harmed will be need or a maintenance order from the court is said to be sufficient. In the last quarter of the current financial year, a target has been proposed to benefit 5 thousand women for both the categories and implement the scheme.

CM Yogi has announced to help the women who have been a victim to tipple-talaq or other atrocities and are now separated. Under this, the government is set to provide the aide to women from all religions falling under the criteria.
