Lucknow: Coronaviyrus cases crossed 2000 mark on April 28 and 60 districts in the state are now in the list of places with cases.
According to the health department data 2053 cases have been reported from 60 districts with a maximum 401 from Agra. Lucknow has reported 201 cases, while Ghaziabad 60 cases. IN Noida a total 134 cases have been reported and in Saharanpur 181 cases.
IN all 463 patients have recovered and have been sent to home quarantine for 14-days. Till now 70307 samples have been tested from suspected people. According to the health officials 34 people have died of coronavirus infection till now in state.
Deaths were reported from The state has reported 31 deaths till now including one each at Basti, Moradabad, Agra, Varanasi, Shrawasti, Firozabad, Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Lucknow, Meerut, Kanpur.
The state has started pool testing and two labs in Lucknow and Meerut are testing the pool testing samples. IN the state 9 health workers have also tested positive where 7 are from Agra and two in Lucknow.
The latest was the case of a nurse at the King George’s Medical University who tested positive. Five of her relatives have also tested positive in two days and have been shifted to hospitals.
