The BJp is continuously saying the Kamalnath government does not have a majority hence it does not deserve to stay in power. Not just this but the BJP is also saying that since the Kamalnath government does not have a majority so the Congress is avoiding floor test.

On the other hand Congress has not left hope though the party is avoiding floor test. Governor Lal ji Tandon has taken a tough stand against the Kamalnath government. The governor wants a floor test and Congress not hence there is a political tussle. There is issue between governor and speaker also.

The debates are now that how long will Kamalnath government will survive in days or hours. The attitude of the Rajbhavan has made people to say that the governor may take some step to terminate the government. The state is full of such debates.

In such a situation the Congress was saved from floor test. But the entire issue has reached supreme court. The BJP has reached supreme court saying floor test be done.

The court has demanded a reply from the governor, chief minister and vidhan sabha speaker in 24 hours. The hearing will be done again on Wednesday. It may be mentioned that the governor had written a letter and stated that if government does not proves majority it shall be considered lacking majority. Immediately after this Kamalnath met the governor and sid he had the majority and did not required to prove it.

Kamalnath is not taking any decision on the floor test and the governor has taken a strong stand and seems against Kamalnath. Now all eyes are on the supreme court. The Rajbhavan and Kamalnath have come face-to-face. In such a situation the governor may take a strong step to terminate the Kamalnath government.
