You can not prosecute a dead person . you can not ask question to a dead person. After death, neither responsibility is taken nor acccountability remains. THE COURTS OF INDIA are clogged with cases .
From lower court to supreme court the situation is same . there is shortage of judges and files of cases are getting thicker day by day. the result of this is that the proceedings of the trial is not completed and sometimes the accused dies or sometimes the witness.
Lalu prasad yadav has been convicted in a fodder scam. Apart from him , 36 other people have been send to jail considering him responsible. 55 people have died during the proceedings of the trial. now , they are out of the proceedings of the trial.
International badminton player SYED MODI’S K.K. have been murdered outside the D. singh babu stadium. modi’s wife amita modi and Dr. sanjay singh (a powerful minister of uttar pardesh government) have been accused in the murder case . CBI had investigated.
During the proceedings of the trials, witnesses were killed one by one and neither the shooter survived nor the witnesses. sanjay singh and amita modi left spotless and both got married.
Vikas dubey an known criminal of kanpur. the sensation he had spread by killing eight policeman at onces would have been prosecuted and if the police had been honest lobbying, he could have been hanged, but the police following the path of the criminal, the police killed that cirminal in the name of encounter. politics have the power , that with it’s help all the laws can be folded like a handkerchief and can be kept in the pocket. politics give the goons , the protection of the police. many times such occasions also come when the same criminal has to be saluted whom the police is looking for and on whom the reward is declared.
Politics have praised the killer of mahatama gandhi (father of the nation) . politics respect the one who spot at the statue of mahatama gandhi. it has handed over the chief minister’s chair to the one who called the father of the nation , son of the devil. to use it as a religion sword to divide humans into hindus and muslims. it forced humans to flee there own home’s. And the bulldozers of politics have demolished whoever they want.
Politics have made the court helpless, they use judges as there workers. it trampled the power of uniform under its feet. politics also gave chance to the people and groups to emerge which spread hatred in the name of development and if development was found , nehru was held responsible.
Politics take exam after every fifth year. examination is going on in five states. the one’s who have to give exam are roaming around and distributing amulets of hatred. their language and activities are untolerable, but there is not way to stop them.
Those who are driving the bulldozers for last five years are making the claims of developments. those who onces talked about developments for all are now shamelessly playing the games of 80 vs 20. their abilities can be gauged by their language and body language. there is no need to find in which school they have studied because they are going to distribute laptops to the intermediate after passing 12th. their is no need to ask what they did in five years because it tells us that if we do not come , riots will happen. it is clear that either we will run the government or we will riots. this is not an allegation . if they are not rioters , why did there bulldozers not go to break the spirits of the rioters in the five-year government?
Nehru can also hold the british responsible. british can also hold th mughals responsible . Even the mughals can hold those who are before them and it goes on.
when there is no one to take responsibility , them how are all the chairs are full. who is sitting on the responsible chairs ?To think is very important, before his last journey, alexander had wished to take his hands out of the shroud so that the world would know that he was not carrying anything .

It is necessary to think , because when body is leaving then only AIIMS are useful , wheather nehru made it or modi , it does not matters. but when humanity is leaving then the current government is cursed. the government is being elected. there are long lines on the roads. vote will have to be given thoughtfully.
vote will have to be given to the one who is going to take the responsibility while alive. vote will have to be given to those who can make laoptops worth buying.
To those who can fill the vacant seats of judges in the court. to the one who can return the lost respect to police and can save the politics from goons.
Those who can bring down the walls rising between the humans. Even while voting if you can not wake up your conscience, then that atmosphere will never end in which the king said night and behind him all the ministers , all the other officer said night.
